Titan Exams acts as a Data Processor on behalf of educational institutions, who are the Data Controllers. We only process data per the institution’s instructions.

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure located in the United States. We use standard contractual clauses to ensure protection for international transfers where applicable.

 

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations. Institutions may request deletion at any time.
